BUSINESS PLAN FOR OUR SECOND TERM 2023-28

DELIVERING A BID PROPOSAL THAT WORKS FOR ALL!

Warrington BID’s first five-year term comes to an end on 31st July 2023. Beforehand our businesses will need to reaffirm their commitment to the BID by voting ‘yes’ in a ballot from 19th April to 18th May 2023 to secure a further five years.

Since the Summer of 2022 we have been consulting with the business community, to discover and shape our proposal for a further five-year term.  Our BID proposal outlines our commitment to Warrington town centre through campaigns, initiatives, partnerships, and events that help attract new audiences, new business, and make our town centre a number one destination for the North-west.

Since Warrington Business Improvement District (BID) was voted in by the business community of Warrington in 2018, we have worked hard to make our town centre a safer, greener, cleaner, and more welcoming place to live, work, study and spend leisure time.

We have invested over £1.25 million of your levy into projects that have developed the town, the visitor experience and the business community, ultimately making significant differences to how the town centre operates.

Our plan for a successor Business Improvement District for Warrington provides a unique opportunity for businesses and stakeholders to once again, unite and continue to build on the success of BID 1. Continuing to bring forward innovative, dynamic and exciting opportunities to; engage consumers, create great experiences for visitors, and build a stronger, resilient business community.
