The Living Well Hub, a pioneering facility dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of residents in Warrington town centre, is celebrating its first anniversary. Located on Horsemarket Street, the Hub is home to 25 organisations and over 350 staff, offering a wide range of NHS and non-clinical services all under one roof.
Aimed at tackling health inequalities, the Hub works to address the 10-year life expectancy gap between the most and least deprived areas of Warrington. In its first year, it has welcomed thousands of visitors, providing essential services such as maternity clinics, cancer support, mental health therapies, and assistance for unpaid carers.
As it enters its second year, the Living Well Hub continues to be a invaluable resource in the Warrington community, offering a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, and helping to create a healthier, more connected town. Here’s to many more years of making a positive impact.
