Warrington BID is welcoming a new manager with a focus on promoting the town as a choice location to visit and do business in.
Amy Dawber has been appointed Warrington Business Improvement District manager, which will see her work with the local business community to improve the town and boost the local economy.
Her priorities will include supporting local businesses by promoting the towns vibrant retail, leisure and hospitality offer as well as working with key stakeholders to deliver a busy upcoming programme of festivals and events that Warrington will host in the future.
Amy said, on her appointment to the role “It is an absolute pleasure to accept this position. There is already a fantastic relationship with the local business community and I look forward to building on those relationships and working together to showcase Warrington as a location of choice.
“Warrington has a great history of independent businesses and major brands coming together to create a town centre that local residents can be proud of. There are many great reasons to visit and I am excited to do my part in helping to put Warrington on the map”.
The Business Improvement District (BID) is a business led partnership that helps local businesses and authorities work together to improve the local trading environment.
